Souders Soul Chicken

Ingredients
  • 1-2 lbs chicken wings, thighs, breast, or whole chicken
  • Souders Soul Signature blend
  • oil & flour if frying

Directions

If baking preheat oven to 350 degrees. If frying preheat oil. Wash chicken (if you like. No judgement here) Pat dry and season chicken to your liking. 1-2 Tbsp of seasoning should do. Distribute seasoning all over chicken. If frying season flour w/ 2 tsp seasoning and dredge chicken. Shake off excess flour. If baking, place seasoned chicken in baking dish and bake for 30-35 mins or per lb if whole chicken. If frying fry in oil until thoroughly cooked. Place on paper towel to drain. This recipe may be used to fry, bake, grill, smoke or air fry chicken. This is guaranteed to be the best tasting chicken you have ever had! Enjoy.

Adding queso at this time may be skipped and just drizzle queso over top when plating.

In separate pot, cook rice according to package directions. Add in bouillon cube with water and rice.  (May cook in rice cooker. Just add bouillon to water) Fluff rice with fork.

To serve, plate rice first, then top with chicken strips mixture. May drizzle more queso over top. Enjoy
